I am an Agile Coach, trainer, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in IT, product development, and leadership. Over the years, I have worked as a developer, manager, and product leader, which has given me a broad perspective on what it really takes for teams and organizations to succeed.

What drives me is helping people, teams, and leaders grow in a world of constant change. I believe agility is not about following processes, but about creating the right conditions for collaboration, learning, and value delivery. My approach combines practical experience with proven frameworks, pattern libraries, and practices such as Scrum, Management 3.0, M3K and unFix.
